Client Service Agreement
Choose the services included in your agreement, then sign below.
1. Services
Shepherd Creative Co. ("Provider") agrees to faithfully perform the services included in the package selected by the individual, business, church, or organization signing this agreement ("Client"). Services may include website design, hosting, management, updates, support, online giving tools, and a volunteer portal. Provider will deliver these services with care, professionalism, and reasonable turnaround times.
2. Fees & Billing
Client agrees to pay the monthly total shown for the selected package. Payments are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Prices may only change with at least 30 days' written notice.
3. Late or Missed Payment
If a payment remains unpaid 30 days after its due date, Provider may temporarily take the website offline and suspend any related services, including online giving and volunteer portal access, until the balance is paid in full. Services will be restored promptly once the account is current. Accounts unpaid for 60 days or more may be cancelled.
4. Client Responsibilities
Client will provide content, images, access, approvals, and information needed for the selected services in a timely manner, and confirms it has the right to use any materials it supplies. Client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information it publishes.
5. Ownership
Client owns its content, logos, and business, donor, or volunteer data. Provider retains ownership of its templates, code, and tools, and grants Client use of them while the account is active and in good standing.
6. Term & Cancellation
This agreement is month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
7. Limitation of Liability
Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, outages caused by third-party providers, or lost donations. Provider's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior three months.
8. Electronic Signature
By signing below — either by drawing or typing your name — you confirm that you are the Client or are authorized to sign on the Client's behalf and agree to these terms. Your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten signature.
